Rivers on Tennessee’s Cumberland Plateau such as the Emory/Obed system.  Class II to Class IV. Rivers to be determined based on water conditions.

The TRSA Rendezvous, 4 days of paddling on the Cumberland Plateau, with the Tennessee Scenic River Association.  This is a non-BCC event, but there will be BCC members participating.  Rivers range from Class II to Class IV, on the Emory/Obed system.

Spend Memorial Day Weekend at the Chattooga. BCC trip,

Friends of the Locust Fork hosts Day at the River, a fun and educational day on the Locust Fork River for area kids.  The BCC staffs the paddling station, and put the kids on the river in canoes and kayaks to give them a taste of paddling.  We need volunteers to help at this fun event.

BCC members new and old will gather in Tennessee for the Old Timer’s Trip.  Camping in a central location, with trips to the Hiwassee, Nantahala and Ocoee Rivers.  We still need a trip leader for this one.
