Spend Memorial Day Weekend at the Chattooga. BCC trip,

Bert and Sheila George will lead a Memorial Day weekend trip to the Hiwassee.  Paddling on Saturday and Sunday.  Maybe a chance to hike thrown in there as well.  Camping at River Rats. Contact Sheila for more information

Friends of the Locust Fork hosts Day at the River, a fun and educational day on the Locust Fork River for area kids.  The BCC staffs the paddling station, and put the kids on the river in canoes and kayaks to give them a taste of paddling.  We need volunteers to help at this fun event.

BCC members new and old will gather in Tennessee for the Old Timer’s Trip.  Camping in a central location, with trips to the Hiwassee, Nantahala and Ocoee Rivers.  Debbie Swann is trip leader.

Fourth of July weekend trip to Southeastern rivers……somewhere.  Rivers to be determined….Chattooga, Ocoee, etc.  Class III/IV.
